Dangerously cold weather plagues Midwest
Actual temperatures are expected to stay below zero into Wednesday in Chicago, and the overnight wind chill could reach as low as 40 degrees below zero. White out conditions forced road closures across the Midwest, while schools in Chicago, Cleveland and Milwaukee were closed until Wednesday due to the cold. Dean Reynolds reports.
