Ceasefire goes into effect in Syria
A partial ceasefire was supposed to take effect in Syria as of 5 p.m. ET, though no one is holding out much hope it will last. But one town south of Damascus will not see any fighting, as there is no one left to kill. Elizabeth Palmer reports from inside Syria.
