Solano County Asking For Help Identifying Man

SOLANO COUNTY (CBS13) – The Solano County Sheriff's department is asking for help identifying a man whose body was found two years ago.

Officials say the man's skeletal remains were found at an abandoned Vallejo home in August of 2010.

The coroner's office believes the man was living in the abandoned home and that his remains appeared to have been in the home for about a year before being discovered.

Investigators say the remains belonged to an African American man between 30 to 60 years old approximately six feet tall.

He had short black hair, and no remaining teeth. He was wearing two black hooded style sweatshirts, and two pairs of pants, one black and one brown. He was also wearing a Raiders baseball hat and red and white Timberland brand shoes, sized 9 1/2.
