Today was a special day on The Carmichael Dave Show, not only did Dave release the winners from this weeks edition of Beat The Baby. It was also "Battle Tuesday".

Sam Amick from SI.com was on the show and discussed the NBA lockout situation, Metta World Peace (Ron Artest) and his recent tweets regarding the lockout. David Stern and how he seems to enjoy playing the "Bully" and being the villain of the NBA as well the possibility of the Players Union being de-certified.

The Sacramento Bee's 49er beat writer Matt Barrows joined Dave to discussed the 49ers win over the Eagles on Sunday, the upcoming schedule and what challenges the 49ers will be facing. He also points out the one aspect of the Niners that has gotten them to 3-1.
