This is my dad and his wife Lynn overlooking the mall in Washington D.C. Dad's older sister's Trish and Mary Lane had 19 kids between them! Sixteen made it to the wedding -- a real feat!
Me and dad in front of the Washington Monument, Nov. 3, 2007. He now jogs or walks at least three miles every day and has dropped several sizes. I am so proud of him!
Check out this picture of the Washington Monument with the sun right behind it.
This is just a small sampling of my huge family, which came to D.C. from places as far away as Hong Kong and Goben, Africa. It was especially fun to see all my cousins' college-age kids who really kept the party going.
Here with my cousin Casey who works for the U.S. State Department in Hong Kong and Colleen who lives on a farm in Ohio. They are apart of the Kiley clan. My husband Dan's head was spinning trying to keep the entire family tree straight. It's a lot to keep track of.
This is a small portion of the Weisflog clan, which has nine children. My arm is around my brother, Duke; on mu right is the matriarch, Aunt Trish and that's Uncle Jim in the middle.
