Toasty Trends

It's almost December and that means we really have to be thinking about bundling up for the winter. Galina Espinoza, senior style editor at People's StyleWatch magazine, dropped by The Early Show to share some lovely examples.

Some of the "must-have" trends and accessories were revealed on the show, with a couple of models on the runway and plenty of items to discuss.

Jamee modeled a relaxed weekend look. Her outfit included a Roxy purple hoodie with Sherpa lining ($69.50 at Roxy.com), a chunky knit scarf from Banana Republic, vintage wash jeans from Earnest Sewn and wedge boots ($335 at Michael Kors).

The second model, Zakiyya, showed off a look to wear to a holiday party. Her outfit included a dressy top ($68 at Kenzie), dark wash skinny jeans from J Brand, look (Kenzie dressy top $68; J Brand dark wash skinny jean; evening shoes from the J Lo collection $125), and vintage-inspired jewelry from Ben Amun.

Shearling is huge for this winter. Examples on The Early Show included a clutch bag ($465 at Kate Spade), a boho bag ($58 from Rampage), a coat ($78 from Old Navy, and a hat ($165 from Fred Segal).

Because the clutch is such a hot trend now, you can get it in a variety of fabrics, including another must-have: the chunky knits. As with shearling, you can find all things in chunky-knits, including hats, scarves, gloves and bags. Some eye-catching items include gloves with buttons ($28 at J. Crew), clutch bag ($68, also at J. Crew), a chunky knit scarf in olive green ($48) and a chunky knit hat, also in olive green ($38), both at Banana Republic, and off-white Snowbunny boots ($300 at Juicy Couture.

For more choices in boots, try space boots, $250 at Burberry; Loft wedge boots, $250 at Ann Taylor, and the suede and shearling boot, $198 at Banana Republic.

And if you are looking for more vintage jewelry, try an Art Deco link necklace for $58 at Banana Republic or a watch for $110 at the J Lo collection.

Or, of course, you can always raid your mom's closet or your grandma's trunk!
