The Apprentice
Team Arrow is fresh from the boardroom and still hating on teammate Michelle. It's clear if they lose another task that she will be the one the rest of the team gangs up on to be fired.
Living outside seems to be taking a toll on all of them and it looks like a poshed-up version of "Survivor." No wonder they keep losing.
The teams are gathered to hear about their next task at the Loews Hotel, where team Kinetic will be enjoying a day of rest. Since they won the last task, they will not have to participate. Team Arrow will be broken up into two teams. They are: project manager Aaron with James and Stefani; and project manager Michelle with Tim, Nicole and Frank.
Aaron volunteered to be the project manager but Trump almost forced Michelle into being the project manager, which makes her uncomfortable. Maybe Trump was just testing her to see if she could handle it?
So while team Kinetic bellies to the bar and pool for the day everyone else gets to work on the new task. The task this week is to create a double-decker bus tour around Los Angeles. The teams must be creative, and the riders on the bus will vote on how much they enjoyed the tour.
Aaron's team gets right to work and James has a great idea of having L.A. Laker girls join the riders on the bus tour! Genius. People love hot chicks in little yellow outfits. They will get all the men's vote for sure. They also decide to take a ride on a current tour and survey the people riding to see what they liked and would like while riding.
Popcorn and water are some added bonuses that Aaron's team decides to have on the ride, which is very smart. People love free stuff and food! Food and Laker girls — this is going to be an easy win in my opinion. The tour ends up being called "famous faces, and beautiful places."
Michelle's team, on the other hand, is having some issues. Michelle's leadership is not exactly on point. She has some trouble making decisions and delegating tasks. A lot of time is wasted during the day.
They are doing "a day in the life of the rich and famous" as their theme. It was originally going to go through Los Angeles but it's not really that ritzy, and Beverly Hills is very boring. So they decide on just doing the tour in good old L.A. and give some fun facts along the way.
When it came time to perform, Michelle's team had some serious problems.
The microphone on their bus gave an incredible amount of feedback, which is very annoying and seemed to fluster the group. Also, a lot of the facts seemed repetitive and some facts were given in the wrong location — not good!
Meanwhile, Aaron's team was kicking butt, the Laker girls were in best form, the popcorn was being eaten. The only thing that was slightly annoying was James — he is so high-energy that is can sometimes be annoying (at least to me).
Boardroom time! Michelle's team's approval rating from the customers was 58 percent and Aaron's team's approval rating was 82 percent. Aaron's team crushed Michelle's and he will join Mr. Trump while he fires one of Michelle's team members — or her!
Before Trump even dismissed them, Michelle speaks up and says she wants to "resign" from the show because "it's not what she signed up for." She is obviously referring to them having to live outside and the hatred she feels from her team members.
Trump calls her a quitter (which she is) and tells her she will regret this decision (which she will). But she stands by her decision and quits. Trump calls off the boardroom for everyone else. To me, it was clear she was going to be fired tonight anyway. And that's a wrap until next week.
