Project Runway

There are only five left on project runway — so we thought.

The designers are taken to the hip New York nightspot, The Pink Elephant, to learn more about the challenge. Heidi comes in and announces that booted designers Angela and Vincent are coming back.

Heidi said early in the season there are advantages to winning challenges and, since Vincent and Angela each won a challenge, they won a chance to come back in the game.

This chance would of been offered to any booted contestant who won a challenge. The catch is Vincent and Angela have to win to stay in the game, and three people will be booted! Phew that's a lot of info so early.

Onto the actual challenge. They must design a cocktail dress in black and white fabric only, their budget is $100 dollars, and they must use all of their fabric.

Obviously, no one is happy to see people get a second chance at this point and Jeffrey is reliving his hatred for Angela. I think they should have brought back Allison, she was truly talented, or Robert Best — not Angela and Vincent!

Showtime!

Uli does her usual print with bell sleeves. It was predictable and the judges weren't impressed.

Jeffrey did a rocker cocktail dress that was very short with leggings. The judges thought it looked cheap.

Vincent did a basic white tube top thing with a way-too-short black bottom. It was bad.

Kayne did a simple black dress with an open back, weaved with white fabric.

Angela made this shrug that looked like a bad Halloween costume. Judges hated it.

Michael, my favorite, made an off the shoulder white jersey dress with a white black belt. I LOVED it. It was sexy, cool and chic. He is damn good.

Laura did a classic black floral with some fringe a the bottom. It was her style, but young. It was great. And considering she was in tears earlier because of the stress, plus she is pregnant. She did great.

Zac Posen was the guest judge and helped pick Laura as the winner. Good for her. She deserved it.

Angela, Vincent and Kayne were all booted. It's almost fashion week, so the heat is on!
