Prince's Adventure Draws Ire

Prince Harry's former nanny reportedly has some explaining to do.

A Sunday tabloid ran a picture showing the 13-year-old British prince being lowered down a dam without basic safety gear like a helmet.

On Monday, another British paper says Prince Charles is "livid" after seeing the photo.

Charles is reportedly demanding an explanation from the former nanny, Tiggy Legg-Bourke. Prince Harry and his brother, Prince William, were visiting her family in Wales when the incident occurred last week. William also reportedly did not have safety equipment.

Buckingham Palace is promising an investigation to make sure appropriate safety measures are taken in the future.

"Now we have seen the photographs we shall be showing them to experts ourselves and making sure that the appropriate safety measures are taken if or when something like this is done again," a Buckingham Palace spokeswoman said on customary condition of anonymity.
