Prince Andrew escorts daughters to wedding; their mom is snubbed

(CBS) A few family members were left out of the royal wedding.

Sarah Ferguson, better known as "Fergie" did not receive an invitation because of her past controversies and reportedly was instructed to keep a low profile. But her two daughters were there.

Ex-husband Prince Andrew escorted their daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie of York, traveling from the palace with other royals in a caravan of cars.

The princesses wore very interesting hats to the royal wedding.

Not everyone agrees with the snub to the Duchess of York. According to the daily publication the New Zealand Herald, readrs calle d it "a big mistake."
