On-Set Romance For Heche?

Anne Heche has left her husband Coley Laffoon for her "Men in Trees" co-star James Tupper, "Entertainment Tonight" reports.

A rep for Tupper, who's also married, said he has also separated from his wife, but declined to comment "on his personal life," according to the New York Post.

Tupper and Heche are in production in Canada on the show, "Entertainment Tonight" reports.

Heche's spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday that she and her husband are separating after five years of marriage.

"They have requested that they be allowed their privacy at this time," publicist Lisa Kasteler said in a statement.

Heche, 37, and Coleman Laffoon, a motion picture cameraman, were married in September 2001. The couple have a 4-year-old son, Homer.

Heche, the former girlfriend of Ellen DeGeneres, plays a relationship guru who moves to Alaska in the ABC-TV drama "Men in Trees." Tupper plays her love interest on the ABC show.

She met Laffoon while working on a documentary about DeGeneres' return to stand-up comedy.

Heche's film credits include "Wag the Dog," "John Q" and "Donnie Brasco."
She had a high-profile relationship with DeGeneres for more than three years. They announced their separation in August 2000.
