Mike Mayock

Mayock is in his third year as a reporter for the NCAA tournament on CBS. He joined CBS Sports in 1996 and has served two years as a college football analyst.

He served as sideline reporter for CBS Television Network's 1997 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Worked as an analyst and sideline reporter for ESPN's college football and Canadian Football broadcasts from 1993-95. He also served as the sideline reporter for ESPN's Baseball Across America.

Other broadcast experience includes reporter for Prime Network's national college football game of the week (1993-94); college football analyst, reporter and NFL Sports Talk Show analyst for New Jersey Network (1992-93); analyst for NCAA Productions (1994); and college football correspondent for Prime Sports Radio (1994).

Mayock was a defensive back for NFL's New York Giants (1982-84) and was the 10th round draft pick of Pittsburgh Steelers in 1981.

He graduated from Boston College in 1980 with degree in communications, where he was a standout defensive football player and baseball player. Born Aug. 14, 1958, in Philadelphia, he now lives in Newton Square, Pa.
