Magneto

Real Name: Erik Magnus Lensherr
History: Believed to be from Polish descent, Magneto and his family were prisoners at Auschwitz and records indicate that he was the only one in his family to survive. Following the war he traveled to Israel where he crossed paths with Professor Xavier. Magneto, the founder and leader of the Brotherhood of Mutants, has been directly linked to an attack on the Statue of Liberty and the destruction that occurred at Alkali Lake. He was apprehended by the federal government and held in a plastic cell from which he escaped. His location is unknown.
Powers: Can fly and change the shape of metals by manipulating magnetic fields.
