Interview With ISI Leader Anyone?
The spokesperson of Iraqi insurgent group the Islamic Army in Iraq has offered Arab and International news agencies the chance for interviews. The group's information office said, he would receive questions via email and would return the answers on high quality HD tapes, "just like any normal TV interview."
The group provided an email address and set May 28th as a deadline for submitting the questions.
The Islamic Army in Iraq is a significant insurgent group that has claimed responsibility for numerous attacks on U.S. and Iraqi forces. It is a Sunni group thought to be comprised of former officers from Saddam's army. It's the lead group of the Jihad and Reform Front, an umbrella group that includes the Islamist-nationalist elements of Iraq's insurgency.
