Households are Pessimistic
The University of Michigan's Survey of Consumers asks, "By about what percent do you expect your (family) income to increase during the next 12 months?":
This from a post at the Cleveland Fed arguing that there's no sign of an inflationary wage-price spiral in recent data, and hence little reason to worry about an outbreak of inflation.
