"Our tag line used to be the earth's biggest book store and now our tag line is books, music and more. We're launching a music store and the music store will do everything as well for music as our book store does for books."

"The proposition is very simple. Convenience, selection, price, great customer service. We're incredibly customer focused."

A formula that is hard to bet against.
