Gadget Lust: Etre Touchy Gloves

Problem: It's cold enough outside (or inside, if you work in a dungeon like I do) that you need to wear gloves, but you have to take them off every time you want to swipe your screen, dial your phone, press your camera's shutter release, and so on.

Solution: Etre Touchy Gloves, which leave your thumb and index-fingertip exposed for easy swiping, dialing, pressing, etc.

The gloves are available in four colors in both men's and women's sizes. They'll run you around $32 (plus shipping), which is kind of steep for a pair of knit gloves -- especially ones that leave two fingers out in the cold -- but I have to say I want a pair anyway.

Oh, and I know gloves aren't really a gadget, but they're definitely gadget-oriented. Call it "gadget-by-proxy lust."

Think you'll spring for a pair? Or are you getting by okay with your current, device-unfriendly gloves? [via Web Worker Daily]
