The Paris attacks are the third major operation claimed by ISIS in just over two weeks.

A Russian jetliner blew up over Egypt, killing all 224 on board. U.S. officials say a bomb was the likely cause. And last Thursday, twin suicide blasts in Beirut killed 43.

But after Paris, "we're in a whole new world," according to Michael Morell, a former number-two at the CIA and now CBS News senior security contributor.
