DocStoc, a service for sharing and embedding professional documents, has raised a $3.25 million second round from Rustic Canyon Partners. The Beverly Hills-based company previously raised $750,000, bringing its total to $4 million. The service competes head-on with Scribd which has also raised around $4 million. The company says it will use the funding, for, among other things, building out a large repository of documents.
