She says you could clean smarter, not harder by using these tools, techniques and time-saving tips. Toothbrushes, sponges and microfiber cloths are the secrets professional cleaners use to handle the grout, grime and grease. Microfiber cloths remove 99.98 percent of germs and bacteria. And a caddy is a must for staying organized and un-cluttered underneath your kitchen sink.
Neutral Cleaner: Ivory Dish Liquid $2
Healthy Housekeeper Tip: To prevent damage to all your floor surfaces, use a neutral cleaner with a PH balance of 7, which is both non-acid and non-alkaline. This is the safest product for special surfaces like hardwood, granite, marble and even laminate flooring.

For burnt pans, use a squirt of dish soap with hot water, place on the stove for 15-20 minutes. It will scrape off easily with no elbow grease!
