Clinton Channels Eva Peron

From CBS News' Fernando Suarez:
At a visit to the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Philadelphia, Hillary Clinton had an Eva Peron moment.
Clinton made a brief campaign stop to address a group at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia – so brief, in fact, that she only spoke for 37 seconds. The problem wasn't the length of speech, it was where she spoke. The podium where Clinton stood to address to the crowd was two stories up, and a few hundred feet away from guests, who were separated by an open plaza. It was reminiscent of the scene from the musical "Evita" where Argentinean first lady Eva Peron sings from a balcony to a crowd down below. The moment was awkward and left many on the traveling press corps confused. But in fairness, this was not an event sponsored by the campaign.
Clinton, who spent the day campaigning in Pennsylvania, made the quick stop to the grand hall to wish Israel a happy birthday. It was a wise campaign move for her as Clinton has enjoyed strong support from the Jewish community throughout her campaign.
