Calendar: Week of December 23

(CBS News)  Here's a look at the week ahead on our "Sunday Morning" Calendar. 


Monday is the deadline in most states for picking an Affordable Care Act insurance plan that offers coverage beginning on January 1st.


On Tuesday the North American Aerospace Defense Command begins tracking Santa's flight from the North Pole . . . a NORAD tradition since 1955.

Wednesday, of course, is Christmas . . .


. . . while Thursday is St. Stephen's Day, known as Boxing Day in Britain and the Commonwealth, a day not for fistfights but for handing out boxes of gifts to servants and the poor.


On Friday the 7th annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor survey reveals which celebrities Americans would (or would not) want living next door. Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton were last year's most desirable neighbors. The folks on the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" reality show were the least.

And Saturday's the day long-term unemployment benefits expire for more than a million Americans (barring a last-minute extension).
