Aiplane version of trainspotting via phone

Wolfram Alpha now offers an app that downloads gobs of info about planes that fly over your position.

Call it the airplane version of trainspotting. You can find out the planes' altitude, angle, and slant distance. The site also displays a Sky map pinpointing the planes' location in relation to the position of the sun and moon. You can also access the origin and destination of any particular flight. What's more, Wolfram serves up a a map showing the flight path with a five-minute data delay. You can read more about the app here.
