This Charleston, S.C., home isn't so much a waterfront home as an on-the-water home. The $17.5 million five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property sits in Charleston Harbor, adjacent to the Carolina Yacht Club. It boasts three stories, with the top one acting as an indoor and outdoor entertaining space. You can also park your yacht on the covered boat lift, located right off your own private pier. And if you need a break from the water to hang out on land, there's a nearby three-car garage, complete with a second-floor guest house.
