Lightning strike warnings shut down LA, OC beaches

Due to lightning, Los Angeles County lifeguards closed beaches from Cabrillo through Torrance/Redondo Beach, along with Hermosa Beach, according to LA County lifeguards and Supervisor Janice Hahn.
