Constant storms leaving Californians with more than gloomy weather

Jeff Nguyen reports on Seasonal Affective Disorder, or "SAD," which is often caused when there is less sunlight, cloudy weather and rain. He spoke with a number of residents who are fed up with the gloomy weather, and their gloomy attitudes.
