OCC Offers Fall Finance Series

AUBURN HILLS -- Oakland Community College's Continuing Education Department offers its new and comprehensive series on personal finances this fall.  Instructor is Robert Schemansky, president and financial advisor of Clear Financial Advisors LLP.

Series topics include:

Financial Basics, held on Wednesdays Sept. 12, 19 and 26 from 6 to 9 pm.  Course fee is $69.
Successful Investing, held on Wednesdays, Oct. 3, 10 and 17 from 6 to 9 pm.  Course fee is $69, plus a book fee of $5 collectable the first night of class
How to Create a Retirement Portfolio, held on Wednesdays, Oct. 24, 31 and Nov. 7 from 6 to 8 pm.  Course fee is $69.
Organize Your Finances, held on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 6 to 8 pm.  Course fee is $23.

Participants may take all four classes for $207 and enjoy a substantial saving, or select the topic they find most important.

All classes are held at the Auburn Hills Campus' M-TEC Building, 2900 Featherstone Road, one mile east of the Pontiac Silverdome.
