In my 10 years working in the media I have noticed that many professional athletes might have been able to make it in a different professional sport. I have heard stories about how former Detroit Lions Shaun Rogers and Jerry Ball were able to dunk a basketball. I know crazy, right?

Of course there was Michael Jordan, arguably the greatest basketball player ever, who quit basketball to take up baseball. It didn't really work out for Jordan or the White Sox, but it was a great story.

There are also the tales of former Detroit Tiger Brandon Inge being able to cram a basketball even though he is only listed at 5'11. It's pretty impressive.

Today I bring to you a Tweet from Tigers rightfielder Torii Hunter. Hunter in his prime was known to be a high flyer in the outfield; most memorably for me, he robbed Barry Bonds of a home run in the All-Star game.

Hunter had some hops and it seems he misses them a little by his tweet that's listed below.

The tweet caught my attention and I had to check it out. It was well worth watching.

Tigers Austin Jackson who has been known to be able to leap in centerfield, showed off his hops in some gym. It was very impressive. Give it a look below.
