4/20 Rally Organizers Fighting To Keep The Event
DENVER (CBS4)- The organizers of Denver's annual 4/20 Rally are fighting with the city to keep hosting the event at Civic Center Park.
Trash that was left scattered across the park following this year's rally. In a review, the City of Denver also cited noise complaints, health violations with food vendors, and security issues with the event.
In late May, the city decided not to allow the organizers to host the rally for three years.
An attorney for the rally is claiming that ban in unconstitutional.
