Three Teens Robbed Outside Lane Tech High School
(CBS) -- Three teens were robbed at gunpoint Friday as they left Lane Tech College Prep High School on Chicago's North Side, police say.
It happened in the school's parking lot, near Western and Addison.
Police say the suspects demanded the students' property, and they complied.
A parent tells CBS 2 the school sent a voicemail to parents informing them of the robbery, but did not mention the suspects were armed. School officials said an investigation is underway.
