Small Private Plane Slides Off Runway At Midway Airport
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago firefighters are responding after a private plane slid off a runway Tuesday morning at Midway International Airport.
Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford said a small private plane ended up on the grass at Midway after sliding off Runway 31.
The plane came to a stop on the grass, and did not leave the airfield.
No injuries have been reported.
