CTA System Status And Customer Alerts
Three CTA lines were shut down for a few hours on Tuesday due to an extra-alarm fire at a furniture store next to a set of 'L' tracks in Lincoln Park. For the most part, trains were running normally again by Tuesday night, but a couple Brown Line stations were being bypassed by southbound trains.
