The lows Wednesday night will drop into the 30s.
A frost advisory is in place from Peoria to western Illinois.
It will be cooler by the lake Thursday through Sunday with upper 40s near the shore.
Otherwise, temperatures will be slightly below average through the weekend – with a high of 53 on Thursday an 55 on Friday.
