Teenager killed near Baltimore's Inner Harbor
BALTIMORE - A 17-year-old was killed in a shooting Monday night near Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
Officers responded to the 200 block of East Pratt Street for a reported shooting. A teenager was taken to the hospital where he died, according to police.
WJZ had crews at the scene where police cordoned off the block with crime scene tape.
