Who will have the upper hand at Trump-Putin summit?

President Trump says he plans to bring up Russia’s interference in the 2016 election when he meets Vladimir Putin for a summit in Finland in July. Some say the meeting holds the promise for better relations between the two nations while others fear that Mr. Trump may embolden the Russian president and could drive a wedge between the U.S. and its European allies. Kimberly Marten, a professor of political science at Barnard College, joins “CBS This Morning: Saturday” to discuss the topics that will likely be on the table at the upcoming meeting and why the U.S. will be at a disadvantage.
