Pro-Russian militants shoot down Ukraine transport plane
Signs of progress to bring an end to the fighting in Ukraine were dashed when pro-Russian rebels shot down a transport plane killing all Ukrainian troops and crew members aboard. U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said the U.S. would raise the costs if Russia doesn't stop the flow of weapons across the border. Charlie D'Agata reports.
