Kerry: Consequences "without a question" if China, Russia aiding Snowden
Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, Secretary of State John Kerry said it would be "deeply troubling" if China or Russia chose to aid and abet Edward Snowden - wanted by the United States for leaking top-secret NSA programs - and ensured "there would be, without a question, consequences."
