Boehner broadening conditions to end shutdown

While the Democrats urge John Boehner to vote on a no-strings-attached agreement, Boehner is adding spending cuts to his agenda before agreeing to reopen the government. Without a deal in Congress in the next 10 days, the U.S. Treasury is expected to run out of money to pay the nation's bills. CBS News congressional correspondent Nancy Cordes reports.
