The world's first phone-free tourist island

Ulko-Tammio Island in Finland is declaring itself to be the world's first "phone-free" zone for tourists. Finnish tourism officials are asking visitors to switch off their devices while in the area -- but this is voluntary, and phone service is still available on the island if needed. Jacqui Gifford, editor-in-chief of Travel + Leisure magazine, has more.
