Why the Senate likely won't approve Ukraine aid before next year
Negotiators in the Senate are back at work Monday trying to hammer out a deal that would send needed aid money to Ukraine for their fight against Russia, but hopes of passing a package before the end of the month are diminishing. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
