U.N. agency: No humanitarian aid able to enter Gaza

The dire situation for civilians caught in Gaza is not getting better with the United Nations saying no humanitarian aid is even able to enter the enclave and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu unwavering in his threats of a ground invasion in Rafah.
