In a historic summit between North and South Korean leaders, Kim Jong Un will meet Moon Jae-in on April 27, 2018. This week, Kim met Chinese President Xi Jinping for the first time in Beijing. Ben Tracy spoke to the U.S. ambassador in China about the high-stakes diplomacy.
