TikTok sues U.S. government over law that could lead to ban of app
ByteDance filed a lawsuit Tuesday in response to a new law forcing the China-based company to sell its stake in TikTok or face a ban of the app in the U.S. CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion has more on that and the ongoing ouster threat from Rep.
