Tax bill passes House, heads to the Senate
The first overhaul of the U.S. tax code in decades passed the Republican-controlled House Tuesday. The Senate is expected to vote Tuesday tonight, but because of a procedural glitch, the House will likely have to vote again Wednesday before the bill can be sent to the president for his signature.
