Sheldon Silver, New York power broker for decades before downfall, dies at 77

Sheldon Silver, the former New York Assembly Speaker who was one of the most powerful people in the state before being convicted of corrupiton, has died in federal custody. He was 77. CBS New York's Dick Brennan reports.
