Senate working on new border deal that would impose tougher immigration, asylum laws

A bipartisan group of senators are working on a deal that would tighten immigration enforcement while also speeding up processing for migrants. To help with that, lawmakers want to bolster staff and allow for a migrant intake shutdown if the system becomes overwhelmed. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
