Senate passes bill to aid victims of "Havana Syndrome" as Biden prepares to meet with Putin

Lawmakers are hoping President Biden will bring up the mysterious illness known as "Havana Syndrome," suspected to be causing brain injuries in U.S. diplomatic staff, when he meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin next week.
