Scottie Scheffler returns to PGA Championship after arrest
World No. 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler was arrested Friday morning in Kentucky on his way to the PGA Championship. He was charged with second-degree assault of a police officer and has since been released. CBS News' Danya Baccus reports.
