Runaway blimp cuts power in Pennsylvania
An unmanned blimp that houses a state-of-the-art radar system became detached from its moorings and drifted north through Pennsylvania for hours Wednesday. Some 6,700 feet of steel cable dragged below the blimp, knocking out powerlines and causing thens of thousands of outages. Chip Reid has more on the situation.
