Doctors say RSV antibody shot for babies is still challenging to find

RSV, or respiratory syncytial virus, is the leading cause of hospital admissions in children younger than 1 year old. RSV season is ramping up, and doctors are hoping a new shot to prevent the illness will help. But as Natalie Brand reports, doctors say there have been some challenges in getting it to patients.
